The Vault animation

Our specialty is serving traditional Napoletana style pizza from our beautiful wood fired oven, which is imported from Naples and is hand made from crushed lava rocks. Our pizzas are baked at 900 degrees for 60-90 seconds creating a unique charred crispy yet chewy crust. Our rolls are baked fresh with each order.

We are inspired to use the traditions and specifications that were implemented over 200 years ago to bring this authentic flavor to you. The only way to create these authentic pizzas is to import all of our main ingredients from Italy. Our dough is made from imported soft flour that is naturally leavened with little yeast and lots of time which makes the pizza light and airy. San Marzano tomatoes which are grown near Mount Vesuvio create a sweet sauce and bufala mozzarella adds a final creamy taste.
